On asphalt or dirt road. Get on your bike and follow the profile of the Parma hills to find many routes, suitable for all cyclists, even those less trained. If you want to enjoy the colours of nature, we recommend the bicycle route of the Carrega woods, which can be enjoyed all year round.
An excursion on horseback? The Horse Riding Centre of Mount Fuso, in Scurano di Neviano degli Arduini, and the Hippodrome of the Castle in Montechiarugolo, both await you, to take you on a trip in the saddle.
The centuries-old park of the Terme di Monticelli is excellent if you want to travel short distances on less demanding tracks.
For a bit of healthy running, you can also choose one of the many public parks in Parma. Among the locals' favourites are the Parco Ducale and the Parco della Cittadella, frequented in every season.
