Terme di Monticelli is a private health facility, accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region and affiliated with the National Health Service<\/strong>, classified at the highest level (Level 1 Super) by the Ministry of Health.<\/p>\n

All Italian citizens are entitled, once in a year, to a 12-day course of spa treatment* paid for by the National Health Service (any other courses of treatment will be at their own expense).<\/p>\n

To benefit from thermal cures in agreement with the National Health Service, it is sufficient to go to your<\/strong> general practitioner<\/strong>, pediatrician or specialist for the issuance of a prescription<\/strong> (red prescription), which must state the diagnosis and the course of thermal cures as per the following wording.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The agreement with the National Health Service for spa treatment cycles provides for a participation in health care costs, co-payment of \u20ac 55.00<\/strong>, to be paid on the first day at the acceptance counters.<\/p>\n

EXEMPTIONS.<\/strong> with fixed fee payment of \u20ac 3.10: children under 6 years old and seniors over 65 years old with family income up to \u20ac 36,152.00; social pension holders; minimum pensioners over 60 years old with family income not exceeding \u20ac 8,263.32 and up to \u20ac 11.362.06 with spouse + \u20ac 516.46 per dependent child; civil invalids from 67% to 99%, labor invalids from 67% to 80%; service invalids category 2-5th; non-total blind and deaf-mute; war invalids category 1-5th not holders of direct life pension.<\/p>\n

TOTALLY EXEMPT:<\/strong> category 1-5th war invalids with direct life pension; category 1 service invalids; major labor invalids above 80%; 100% civil invalids and invalids with accompaniment allowance; totally blind.<\/p>\n
