Weekly Detoxification Program

For those who want to detoxify their bodies and learn correct lifestyles that enable them to live healthier longer while improving their quality of life.
For those who are sedentary, lead stressful and harried lives, eat unhealthily, smoke or drink alcohol, feel low on energy and want to detoxify.
The Weekly Detoxification Pathway includes:

• stay 7 nights in double/twin Comfort room or Suite with full board
• Medical tests and specialized consultations at the BioAge Med Center:
  1. General admission medical examination with electrocardiogram history and assessment of risk factors;
  2. Impedenzometric and plicometric analysis for body composition assessment;
  3. Comprehensive nutritional specialist consultation, with identification of nutritional errors, definition of the detox dietary regimen to be followed during the stay, and preparation of a personalized diet at home;
  4. Evaluation of blood chemistry tests (prescribed before and brought by the patient);
  5. Assessment of stress status with HR variability;
  6. Measurement of cellular age;
  7. Three sessions of gentle physical activity with personal trainer;
  8. Two sessions of Mayer’s detoxifying coktail infusion therapy;
  9. One session of detoxifying ozone therapy by autohemotherapy or insufflation;
  10. Five sessions of IR-NIR-FIR photobiomodulation Antiaging Wellness;
• Free access to the 4,000-square-meter Wellness Area with four thermal pools at different temperatures, saunas, steam baths, panoramic solariums and a Technogym-equipped gym.

Prior to departure, medical records will be released including.

• Diagnosis of the tests performed;
• A description of the therapies performed;
• The prescription of the detoxification diet and any therapy to be performed at home.
