Lymphatic drainage uses a specific massage technique combined with targeted maneuvers on the lymphatic vessels.
Using gentle finger and palm pressures, prolonged rotations and strokes, the practitioner stimulates the lymphatic system, facilitating the movement of excess fluids and toxins and promoting their elimination.
In addition to manual lymphatic drainage, mechanical lymphatic drainage is also used, which through special devices exerts rhythmic and gentle pressure on the affected areas, simulating precisely the maneuvers of manual lymphatic drainage.

Pressotherapy is a treatment that relies on the pressure exerted by a special device on the affected areas in order to improve lymphatic and venous circulation.
It is an excellent support to counteract swelling and edema of the lower limbs and induces, from the first session, a general feeling of well-being and lightness of the lower limbs.
Each session lasts 30 minutes.
