Monticelli Spa is one of the first centers in Italy for respiratory and motor rehabilitation.
Monticelli Spa is at the forefront of respiratory and motor rehabilitation, with innovative integrated cycles that combine spa treatments with rehabilitation protocols.
The center employs experienced physiotherapists and state-of-the-art equipment such as the most well-known and important tecartherapy and laser therapy, and customized kinesiotherapy or hydrokinesiotherapy programs , which can be carried out either individually or in groups, including in the thermal pools, where the water becomes a means of facilitating movement and maximizing the effectiveness of the treatment.
Completing the rehabilitation offerings is a large gymnasium equipped for machine, weight, and free-body training, or for physiotherapist-assisted activity.
Hydrokinesiotherapy takes advantage of the properties of thermal water and the lack of gravity typical of water immersion to relieve pain, reduce muscle contractures and strengthen muscles.
Hydrokinesietherapy sessions are performed both in and out of the thermal pool, together with experienced physical therapists. Through the exercises performed, which are low-stress for the musculoskeletal system, functional recovery is quick and painless.
