The Light Weight Loss Path includes:

3 nights stay in a double/twin Comfort room or Suite with full board treatment
Medical tests and specialized consultations at the BioAge Med Center:
1. General admission medical examination with electrocardiogram history and assessment of risk factors;
2. Impedenzometric and plicometric analysis for body composition assessment; 3. Evaluation of blood chemistry tests (prescribed before and brought by the patient); 4. Assessment of stress status with HR variability;
5. Comprehensive nutritional specialist consultation with identification of nutritional errors, definition of the correct dietary regimen to be followed at the hotel, and drafting of a personalized diet at home;
6. Measurement of cellular age;
7. Psychological counseling to strengthen diet motivation with possible subsequent support, including online;
8. Two physical activity sessions with personal trainer in gym or pool;
9. Final medical evaluation of the results achieved.
Free access to the 4,000-square-meter Wellness Area with four thermal pools at different temperatures, saunas, steam baths, panoramic solariums and a Technogym-equipped gym.
